Got a call from a dear friend and we met up for some light jazz and catching up. Turned out that though she lives in the faraway west, and we’re not as much in touch as we should be, she had been watching our 99story unfold with much interest! That meeting led to me taking her for a dekko at the 99space in action, and she came away impressed. As for me, I was happy to see the team through her eyes, and she’s a keen pair of eyes to view any situation through, believe you me!
She gauged the team well, and wisely concluded that our growth graph had been given the necessary impetus by the one over-riding feeling she perceived in the group, that of ownership. It felt great to me that this was so palpable, and it’s a real high when I feel that any member of the work team gets that motivation to go that extra mile, spend that extra hour or to pack in that one tight day even tighter. I ordered a silverline Jabber Bot for Rs 905. Your team sent me silverline Remote Control Helicopter worth Rs 1785 ! You have taken a loss of approx Rs 900 in your income and loss statement by sending me the wrong product.
As an honest customer, i want to return the product back to you. But your team is not aware of return policy para 1 which says:
Para 1:You are liable to get a full refund of money in case:
We have shipped a wrong product.
There is a manufacturing defect.
The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
Since you have shipped a wrong product, i should get the full refund and not the bonus point..right?
I love 99labels but please direct your customer care team to read and understand return policy para 1 and allot me the full refund back to my credit card.

I tried shopping again yesterday evening and again this morning.
This time around it goes to the payment page and then does not go to the banks payment gateway when I use the Delhi address The system works fine if I use the default Chennai address.
You therefore have a glitch in your system and its not a figment of my imagination as your escalation team seemed to think.
The issue has since been killed. This thanks to a techie in your org called Ashish who responded to my call to him at home on a Sunday. I had his No because he had called me on his personal No in an effort to solve the issue the last time around.
The issue which was creating the problem was that your system is bound by a 300 character address limitation after you guys enabled that spam deterrent image code which has to be punched in after the new address is added.
When the Delhi address was reduced to less than 300 characters the problem disappeared as he said it would.
Thank god you have chaps like Ashish working for you.
It would do your organization a great deal of good if your chaps approached him with technical problems customers face rather than send false messages on how you guys have rectified the problem when you guys did not have a clue of what was causing the problem in the first place.
By responding in such a manner you will only earn the ire of customers and not their goodwill.
It would be appropriate to add a message on the add address page of your site about the 300 character limitation.

you may have gotten business of nearly rs 10000 from me an dthis is the way I am treated.you just potentially lost business worth thousands,possibly 50-60 k because i am a big online shopper and none of that will eb coming to your company again.I also intend to save many other customers from being scammed.
In my recent order no ,Order no 99263687 for the shahnaz hussain pdts I ordered Shatex Plus protein texturising mask and shamask -1 plus rejuvenating mask .I have written to the support asking for a relpy from the mangement and laos sent in images for the Shahnaz Hussain products.
The pdts are old,used and less than the quantity specified.the 50 gms mask are hardly 20 gms each.The Shamask has a manufacturing date of January 2011.(01/11).Its march 2012. When you open the tubes,you will see how presse d ,and hollow the tubes are.Which is a clear indicator that the product sent has been used up more than 50% and this is a used product.i was actually planning to take it and get weighed but i dont have to bother.Onc you observe & feelthe tubes, you realize its mostly full of air.Then when you let the pdt stand with its top up,and the pdt settles at the bottom,when you open the tube you can see clearly theres hardly any pdt there. When I opened Shamask rejuvenating mask,water began to drip out.This happens when products are old, they drip water out.This is the same mask with a manufacturing date of january 2011. This is not the first time.Last year I was sold I wasc sold an near expired perfume Davidoff Echo womens perfume.I paid Rs 999 for it and NEVER USED IT.It smelt weird.Just recently I iscovered something known as the cosmetic calculator and realised that this perfume was 2 months away from its expiry date when it was sent to me.Thats why it smelled rotten. I was sold a high end brand of watch,apparently WITH WARRANTY.2 days of use and the straps broke.I called the dealership mentioned on the warranty.The dealer stated he had stopped delaership and warranty for that brand 2 years ago.

I bought a jewellery piece. It was an express delivery piece i didn’t get it within 7 days. My order was taken off the my order list without prior information. When i spoke to your assistant online they said twice i will get it in two days but nothing came. then i call up the all india number then they tell be its been cancelled after 1o days Terrible customer service.

Info Edge to invest $3.5 mn in 99labels.com; buy stake…i read the news on net…company which builds up it reputation on clients order ..makes brand reputation for oitself…where it stakes are sold for millions…and today the same company is crying and cancelled my order as by mistake it quoted few hundred ruppess low on a product whic i had already bought….is this way u treat your clients who hv helped u build your reutation…the company shud have shown its large heart and bore those few hundred ruppee loss and made its client happy…so that they wud help the company to bring up its brand value more…..soo sad the company had cancelled my confirmed order
