Use a light smudge of charcoal black eye pencil for the softer look, and coat over with more deep mascara and generous pencil and shadow work to go intense. This look is a departure from the Amy Winehouse-inspired precise batwing liner look which was so trendy last year…if you’re still channeling that look, go softer in its silhouette by using shadow or a kohl pencil rather than eye-liner to define your eyes, that will give you the contour you want, but be more on-trend.

Dear support team @99 labels
This post comes from an extremely irate customer.
Let me begin by saying that, I have been a member of 99 labels, ever since it has been launched. Despite having faced a couple of problems ( a defective watch being delivered and order not being confirmed despite complete payment ) while making purchases on 99 labels, I have continued to shop from 99 labels,as after most complaints made to the customer care-the action taken has been swift and to my satisfaction.
For the past three days, I have been trying to purchase via a three month interest free EMI option on my HDFC credit card a Citizen Eco Drive watch worth Rs 20,900. Despite have made, six attempts to purchase this watch through the option mentioned above, I have been unable to do so. I checked up with the Bank and being a premium World MasterCard holder I was assured by the Bank, that there was no error from the bank. Infact, the credit card had not registered any transaction and I was told that the error lay with a faulty gateway with the 99 labels website. I also made an online complaint on the 17 of November, to your customer care, along with a screen shot of the problem. Even before I made this complaint, I had made a couple of calls to the customer support number, each time to receive absolutely no help and I was told to re attempt to make the payment-which I did but to the same means. After making the online complaint-a copy of which I have attached to this mail, I am yet to receive a resolution for this problem, three days after having registered the complaint. To my extreme irritation, I infact received mails from your support team informing me that since, I have not confirmed my order it was being cancelled.
I had to eventually resort to a complete payment which was accepted extremely smoothly in my very first attempt.
What is even more surprising is that even after having written a mail to the customer support almost 4-5 days back, I am yet to receive any call from you. Needless to say,this experience has left me extremely disappointed with 99 labels. I am a member of various online shopping clubs, and have never uptill now, seen such shoddy treatment and lack of customer care-especially while making such a expensive purchase.
