I have been wanting to get my grievance across. However since there was no channel mentioned except for support @99labels.com, I thought of leaving a comment. This is despite my understanding that it wont be published, however the message needs to be sent across.
I have been following the sales regularly. On a couple of instances when I have tried shopping, the payment gateway failed and the order went in the pending state and the credits in my account were used without me actually purchasing the product.
I have repeatedly told your exexutives to cancel my order and reverse the credits, however i have just been getting absurd timelines. The case has been going on for a number of days and there has been no reversal yet. All i hear is 24 hours/6 hours. I had invited my mom who is also facing the same problem.
Its unbelievable how weak your CC team is to ignored and take no action. .The service from 99labels has been an utter disappointment when compared to the other counterparts offering the same service.
This has been a thorough disappointment. I had spread the word to a lot of ppl and believe me its just frustrating to see complaints being ignored. Surprisingly for an online service like this, Customer service should be the key.
Never again is one invitation going to be sent from my account and the people i know.
I am only hoping this will be looked into immediately.

On 8th of March 2011, I selected and ordered for “Amethyst Heart Shaped Sterling Silver Earring” from Surat Diamond jewelry Sale . The order no 9944706 was generated and the total amount which i paid was Rs. 497 after including shipping and taxes (if applicable) but after receiving payment confirmation from bank, the webpage which gives receipt and other info.didn’t open and it just ended with an error. My bank account was debited but the order in my order history was still showing as pending. SInce my last request this is what has happened :
1. In your mail dated 9.3.2011, you have written that you have confirmed the order and will confirm the payment within 48-72 hours.
After that , status of order in my account in pending orders list remained unchanged/unpaid.
2, On 14.3.2011, i chatted with executive (Mr.Rahul) and he said that status of order will be updated once payment is recieved.
3. On 16.3.2011, i again chatted with your executive (again Mr.Rahul) and he said that he has still not recieved payment confirmation from bank and i told him that i have already transferred the amount and for proof i have sent screenshot of bank transaction of my account,He acknowledged that and said he will revert to me with in 24 hours
But what happened then , the order which was earlier atleast was showing pending has now been removed, i have not recieved any email or call from your side for any update for this order and since almost 10 days have passed nothing positive has been heard from your side.
Please i again urge you to do something about it, its not about money but it is bout your customer service, which is definately have recieved negative feedback from my side. I will be more careful in future for doing business with you guys

We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience. The Customer Support team has confirmed the payment for the product and they’ve put it in their confirmed order list. The status in your “My Orders” will show as pending though since the payment was received the next day. We assure you that you’ll receive the product within 20 working days from the date of ordering. The Support team also tried to reach your over the phone number mentioned by you but it seems that the number is incorrect. We hope that your issue has been solved and you have a great day ahead.

Order# 9946791 was placed way back in March 2011.
99labels sent it 4 times without mentioning my contact number, each time the courier vendor returned the consignment to sender as they were unable to contact me.
After the 1st attempt, I contacted 99labels support team repeatedly via phone, email and chat. Yet they continued to send without my contact number. Finally, I proactively contacted the courier vendor and had them call me at the time of delivery.
The biggest shock was when I checked my order and the shoe received was 2 sizes bigger than what was ordered.
Now, the same run around has started by 99labels to replace/refund the order.
I have already contacted them 5 times, yet my issue has not been resolved.

NO I have not received any mail
Just finished talking to your customer support team (Rajeev).
He could not even pull up the order number in his records.
This clearly shows how pathetic and incompetent 99labels is.
For my order #99281874, the payment gateway failed but credits in my account are used. I really do not know how to cancel this order. Please let me know whether you have received payment or else cancel my order and revert my payment back in my bank account.

Hi,
I was trying to place an order for a Mango watch on 28/03/2013. The payment did not process properly due to some gateway problem thrice.
I’ve not been refunded the amount that was deducted due to these transactions amount Rs. 8247.00.
Transaction Numbers are 99484480, 99484496 and 99484498.
I’ve followed up on this a number of times and have just received some deadlines which are never
met. It is 18th of next month and no refund. This has hugely discouraged me from shopping on
99 labels any further. I am saying this being a club 99 member. This is a delay to unacceptable limit.
Please look into this ASAP.
